Although the rooms are slightly old and certain areas like the toilets and wash can show signs of wear, the size was quite generous for a comfortable stay. The service was accommodating and quickly accommodated our request for a room with an enclosed bathroom, but it could have been friendlier and less indifferent. The location is excellent, near the train station of Lausanne, providing easy access to public transport and tourist attractions around Lake Geneva. The dining options were minimal but acceptable, with some aspects needing improvement like cooked-to-order eggs. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
